During the marathon week, I ran 9 K Monday at slow pace. Wednesday 5K also slow. Friday, 3K at marathon pace. Worked fine. Did not carbo load at all. Had 2-3 gel blocks every 25-30 minutes during the race.
1 more week of rest until training starts again next Sunday. And then I have a plan.
