Ok, I’m trying a switch to thumb out. We’ll see what happens. Good things so far: Clearer bass line. More volume. Bad things: sore pinky, difficult playing divisions.

Sun: 11K (Warmup- 5x800m (3.40 pace) – Cooldown)
Mon: 15K Easy
Tue: 14K Easy
Wed: 11K (Easy/Trail/Fartlek)
Thu: 11K marathon pace + 8x80m strides
Sat: 2K warmup – 8K race – 5K cooldown
Weekly Total: 77 K
I’m following Jack Daniels’ training guide and it seems to work fine. No more than 2 quality training sessions per week. Easy running is 5 min / K.
